800 SERIES
The 800 series variant is an economically priced machine, first released to the market in the early 1980’s. The feed system on the 800 Series machines includes a 2ply rubber belt attached to a high-grade calibrated 10mm chain and drive sprockets. The chain system is supported by heavy duty wear resistant nylon skids ensuring a positive drive.

Type D Spinners
The D Type spinner configuration has an overall diameter of 700mm, with four vanes, two short and two long and a stainless steel fertiliser chute for optimum placement of product onto the spinner discs. Spread widths of up to 36m between passes for fertilisers such as Urea, DAP and Superphosphate and up to 16m for non-granulated materials like Lime and Gypsum can be achieved. Minimal adjustment to spinner set-up is required when changing from granulated to non-granulated products. All testing during the development of the D Type spinners was carried out to Australian Industry standards. See the Spinner Technology page for more details.

900 SERIES
The premium 900 Series configuration was first released in the early 2000’s. It features a heavy duty PVC endless belt which is driven by a rubber lagged pulley and supported by low maintenance stainless steel rollers. To aid belt tracking, troughing rollers are fitted inside the chassis and a front cage roller is used for adjustment of belt tension.
Feed System
With it’s endless belt feed system the 900 Series has a proven record for long service life and lower torque requirement from the ground drive. The belt is a heavy duty fabric woven PVC, driven by an industrial grade rubber-lagged pulley and supported by low maintenance stainless steel rollers. To aid the belt tracking, troughing rollers are fitted inside the chassis and a crowned front pulley is used for quick and easy adjustment.
