Roesner Pty Ltd – COVID 19

In response the changing situation in Australia caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic, Roesner Pty Ltd is taking steps to ensure the healthy, safety and wellbeing of our staff and local community.

As of Thursday March 26 2020, customers wishing to pick Multispread parts from the Harvey factory will have to call or email their parts order prior to arrival at the factory. Parts will be labelled and available for collection at the front gate. The parts collection will be available from 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Any customers that wish to collect Multispread machines from the factory, will be required to contact Roesners prior to collecting the spreader. On arrival at the factory they will be required to park at the front gate and call through to the office. Roesner staff will arrange loading of the machine, at all times adhering to hygiene and social distancing best practises.

We would request that any customer feeling unwell, those who have travelled overseas or been in contact with a person to that has COVID-19 to stay at home, protecting our staff and minimising the community spread of the virus.

At this present time our factory will continue to operate. All parts orders will be despatched via daily courier as per normal. We can’t guarantee next day delivery at this time and would ask our customers and dealers to ensure that any urgent parts orders are placed before 11am each morning to give the parts the best opportunity for next day delivery to regional centres.

Any non-essential field service work and meetings will be postponed for the foreseeable future, or carried out using an online meeting service.

Our Technical support and sales teams are still operating out of the office and should further restrictions be placed on our business our core staff will work remotely to continue to provide customer service.
